Prosperity Reunion Set Menus 
From 1 February 2026 to 3 March 2026, savour modern interpretations of classic Asian flavours with curated set menus available at 15 Stamford Restaurant, The Atelier and the iconic Capitol Theatre.

15 Stamford, showcases heritage charm with a unique retractable stained-glass ceiling, creating a luxurious ambiance for festive dining. For a more private experience, The Private Room features 
large windows that allow ample natural daylight and is fitted with AV equipment, making it an ideal venue for up to 12 guests. 

The four-course set lunch, priced at SGD 68++ per person, presents modern classic dishes meticulously prepared with premium ingredients, beginning with a pillowy-soft 15 House Mantou served alongside crab roe espuma, smoked Bordier butter and lime. 

The second course highlights the flavourful Roast Duck Tea, featuring a delicate duck dumpling served with daikon and coriander cress. A vegetarian alternative is available in the form of Yam Tau Kwa with sweet corn, carrot and shiso dressing, delivering equally satisfying flavours. Mains course selections include Pork Belly with scallop, Coral Trout Fillet with black bean dressing and Wagyu Beef Cheek with mashed potato. Desserts are equally inventive, with a choice of Moutai Ice Cream or Soursop Sorbet.

The set dinner, priced at SGD 128++ per person, is elevated with an additional course of Cold Angel Hair Pasta with uni, Oscietra caviar and white kombu. This is followed by indulgent mains, with a choice of Rougie Duck Breast, Coral Trout Fillet or Wagyu Beef Striploin.

Located on Level Four, The Atelier features wooden pitched ceilings and hand-painted Chinoiserie wallpaper by de Gournay, providing the perfect backdrop for larger family reunions or corporate luncheons. The Classic Abundant set menu at SGD 168++ per person and the Auspicious Premium Menu at SGD 188++ per person each offer a curated six-course menu designed to usher in prosperity.

Herald in good luck with the Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng, followed by Double-boiled Chicken Soup with American ginseng and Australian abalone. The Classic Abundant menu presents perennial favourites such as Steamed Black Cod with chopped pepper sauce, succulent Iberico Pork Ribs with five-flavour sauce, Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf and the classic Steamed Yam Paste in coconut cream. The Auspicious Premium menu highlights exquisite mains including Steamed Black Cod in the Chef’s Signature Sauce, Braised Sea Cucumber and Shanghai Ramen with truffle prawn ball in lobster broth.

Impress your guests with the six-course Prestigious Set Menu, priced at SGD 208++ per person, at the iconic Capitol Theatre. Entertain amidst the grandeur of the venue beneath dome-arched ceilings adorned with illustrations of the 12 zodiac signs. Begin with Abalone Yu Sheng topped with caviar and salmon, followed by Double-boiled Chicken Soup to prepare the palate for Steamed Black Cod with osmanthus black vinegar sauce and Braised Sea Cucumber with dried oysters. The Ee-Fu Noodles with crab meat and Mapo Tofu deliver bold flavours in every bite, while the Herbal Jelly with peach gum dessert symbolises a sweet, smooth sailing year ahead.

The Boutique 
For Lunar New Year celebrations at home, recreate the our signature dining experience with fuss-free takeaway options. Welcome a year of abundance and prosperity with The Capitol Kempinski Yu Sheng Platter, featuring fresh salmon sashimi and customisable add-ons such as yellowtail fish, scallop, lobster and sliced abalone. The platter is available for delivery in portions serving three to five persons at SGD 88 nett and six to ten persons at SGD 168 nett.

The Capitol Kempinski’s Signature Pen Cai (SGD 388 nett) is perfect for home gatherings. This layered dish, symbolising wealth and abundance, is served in a claypot and generously loaded with premium ingredients including abalone, fish maw, sea cucumber, tiger prawns and many more, all simmered and cooked to perfection in an aromatic sauce.

Delight your family and friends with a selection of hampers. The Lunar New Year Prosperity Hamper (from SGD 288 nett) is  presented in a limited-edition spring-themed red box elegantly housing signature pineapple tarts from Kele, truffle shrimp rolls, crispy almond cookies, mini love letters, Bak Kwa, canned abalone, premium X.O. sauce and a set of Mist Valley tea. Festive treats such as the newly launched Nian Gao shaped like a koi or ingot, along with other seasonal delicacies, are also available for order and delivery.
