Other premium roasts, including the succulent Bungalow Pork Rack, the juicy Angus Beef Striploin and the perfectly grilled Wagyu Beef Hanger Steak, will also be served on a buffet line-up for a complete carnivore experience. Don't miss the slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone Grass Fed Lamb Rack and the roasted to perfection Oven-baked Whole Duck, ensuring succulent tenderness beneath its crisp and flavourful skin.

Make a beeline for the fresh seafood on ice, including freshly shucked seasonal premium oysters and sashimi. Indulge in the finest Boston Lobsters and Snow Crabs, served chilled to preserve their succulent texture and delicate sweetness. Over at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski, Capitol Bistro. Bar. Patisserie present a hearty Father’s Day sharing platter for a more relaxed yet equally indulgent experience. Get started on Freshly Shucked Seasonal Oyster, Chilled Black Tiger Prawn, Steamed Australian Blue Mussels and Hiramasa Kingfish, before moving on to the delicious chargrilled meat and seafood platter featuring a delicious selection of Angus Beef Sirloin, Kurobuta Pork Rib, Spatchcock Spring Chicken and Pan-seared Barramundi. End the meal on a sweet note with a sharing plate of Japanese Goma Financier, Vanilla Panna Cotta & Berries Compote, Assorted Macarons and Red Velvet Cakes.
