Branded as ‘Love at First Bite’ and celebrated across more than 20 glamorous destinations worldwide, from Rome and Milan to St. Tropez and Monte Carlo, Crazy Pizza is making its Asian debut with a limited-time pop-up at the Capitol Bistro. Bar. Patisserie.

The concept celebrates the quintessential Italian dining experience with bold flair and unmistakable style – where premium ingredients meet performance, and a lively, electric atmosphere transforms every meal into a spectacle.

The menu reimagines classic Italian pizza with a contemporary twist. Each dough is crafted with minimal yeast to achieve an ultra-thin, exceptionally light crust. Guests can indulge in the Margharita (SGD 29++), a timeless favourite, alongside elevated creations such as Tartufo (SGD 54++), topped with fresh buffalo mozzarella, truffle paste, mushrooms and generous shavings of fresh black truffle. The Pata Negra (SGD 58++) highlights Pata Negra ham with fresh buffalo mozzarella, simple yet divine in every bite. For vegetarian diners, Rustica (SGD 32++) offers a hearty medley of grilled pepper, aubergine and courgette.

Desserts are equally indulgent. The Tiramisu al Minuto (SGD 21++) is a tableside delight – a heavenly combination of savoiardi, coffee, tiramisu cream and cocoa powder prepared à la minute. Meanwhile, the Crazy Cake (SGD 21++) tempts with layers of rich Crazy Cake cream and Nutella, sandwiched in a buttery, flaky croissant.

Complementing the dining experience are four signature cocktails, each priced at SGD 24++. Love in Portofino, a balanced concoction with a tropical twist, featuring red bitter and sweet vermouth expertly blended with the bright notes of mango and grapefruit. The Crazy Spritz: A refreshing, vibrant spin on the classic spritz, elevated by the zesty addition of pink grapefruit soda. Pedro is designed for those who crave bold flavours, this drink delivers with tequila, apricot liqueur, lime, cocoa bitters, and a dash of spicy sauce for a kick. A luxurious twist on a favourite, the Crazy Gin Tonic presents a unique creamy layer from vanilla syrup, complemented by the tangy, citrusy hint of passion fruit.

Beyond its exquisite flavours, the true hallmark of Crazy Pizza lies in its theatrical dining experience. Guests can look forward to live pizza-spinning performances and sets by resident DJs, creating an atmosphere that’s vibrant, dynamic and full of character – a perfect blend of drama, style and authentic Italian hospitality.

The Crazy Pizza pop-up menu will be available daily from 23 October to 14 December 2025 at Capitol Bistro. Bar. Patisserie. Featuring a modern, tropical-inspired interior and an inviting semi-alfresco setting, the venue offers the ideal ambience for Crazy Pizza’s first venture into Asia – promising a lively, all-encompassing dining experience that’s as memorable as it is delicious.
