Raise your steins as ERDINGER Oktoberfest makes a stop at the Capitol Theatre for two spirited evenings of Bavarian-inspired feasting, flowing beer and good cheer. From 18:00 till midnight, gather your friends around the table and soak up the festivities within the historic grandeur of Capitol Theatre, as one of Singapore’s most iconic venues comes alive in celebration of Oktoberfest.
At the heart of the evening is a hearty Oktoberfest buffet celebrating the comforting flavours of German cuisine. Feast on Beer Roasted Pork Knuckle accompanied by sauerkraut, double mustard potato salad, pork jus and spaetzle, alongside tender Beer Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with potato mousseline and wild mushrooms. Explore a generous selection of grilled German sausages, from Bockwurst and Frankfurter Würstchen to Mettwurst, Nürnberger Rostbratwurst, Thüringer Rostbratwurst and Weisswurst, served with an assortment of mustards. The spread continues with Poached Meatballs with caper cream, Pork Schnitzel and Classic Soft Pretzels, before ending on a sweet note with Black Forest Cake with dark cherry, whipped cream and Valrhona chocolate, and traditional German Butterkuchen with sugar and almond.
