15 Stamford’s Easter Sunday Spring Brunch is the perfect family affair, featuring vibrant live entertainment, sumptuous dishes, live cooking stations, and a series of exciting activities for the little ones. 

Decadent brunch stations offer premium grilled meats, fresh seafood, pasta cooked à la minute, and irresistible desserts. Culinary highlights include a fresh seafood tower brimming with seasonal, freshly shucked oysters, mussels, Norwegian salmon, and tiger prawns. The live carving & grill stations showcase an indulgent Pan-seared Foie Gras with Banana Marmalade cooked-to-order station alongside perfectly roasted Angus Beef Striploin, Angus OP Ribs, and Spiced Roasted Duck.

Easter creations, including the indulgent Pasture-fed Lamb Leg, Cherry Skillet Frangipane, and
Earl Grey Cake Roll graces the spread.

Set against a tropical-inspired backdrop, the semi-alfresco Capitol Bistro. Bar. Patisserie at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski brings you a vibrant, Mediterranean-style Easter Sunday semi-buffet. The buffet line brims with fresh salads, artisanal cheeses, and premium cold cuts for a delicious start. Guests can then select from a curated menu of hearty mains and Easter specialties.

Feast on delicious canapes such as Devilled Quail Eggs, Caprese Tartlet, and Beef Cheek Vol Au Vent, followed by the Roasted Spring Cauliflower Potage with Scallops, served with Hot Cross Buns. Main courses come in four choices: Pan-seared Salmon with Spring Pea Orzo, Double-cooked Lamb Ribs with Tabbouleh Couscous, Slow-Roasted Beef Tenderloin, or a vibrant vegetarian Beetroot Risotto with Goat Cheese and Olive Caviar.

Tastefully partitioned from the main lobby, the Lobby Lounge offers a beautiful, elegant space for an unhurried afternoon. Available throughout March, April and May, the Springtime Soirée Afternoon Tea is a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Presented on an elegant stand decorated with bluebell flowers—which typically bloom throughout April—the menu showcases delightful sweet and savoury treats inspired by the vibrant colours of spring.

Menu highlights include an exquisite selection of sweet and savoury delights, such as Seared Scallop Tartare in a Crispy Shell with Passion Fruit Hollandaise, Smoked Salmon Swiss Roll, and Scotch Quail Egg with Caviar. The classic scones are given a creative savoury twist here with Gammon Ham and Gruyère Cheese, served alongside garlic chive clotted cream and a refreshing pea soup with Parmesan foam. Delight in enchanting classics such as Eton Mess and Neapolitan Pastiera, a signature Italian cake made with orange blossom, ricotta, and candied orange.
