From a DIY flower arrangement workshop during the Mother’s Day brunch at 15 Stamford Restaurant and a delightful cake from The Boutique, to sharing menu at the new Capitol Bistro. Bar. Mother’s Day Brunch at the hotel’s signature restaurant, 15 Stamford, brings forth extravagant dishes, including freshly shucked oysters, a lush foie gras station and Mother's Day specialties such as aromatic Herbal Duck, a Hokkien Mee live station and the ever-popular White Pepper Crab. A series of activities on-site to make any mother feel like a queen for the day, including a complimentary DIY flower arrangement workshop, lucky draw and a DIY cooking workshop.
At the decadent brunch stations, mums can feast on a curated selection of modern Asian classics, grilled meats and fresh seafood on ice. The live carving station showcases grilled-to-perfection Whole Roasted Goose, Wagyu Beef Oyster Blade and Atlantic Halibut for a hearty affair. Made-to-order pasta, cheeses and charcuterie, and exquisite desserts, including Raspberry Profiteroles and Lemon Purple Velvet Mousse Cake, are added to enhance the spread for a more scrumptious brunch experience.

Enjoy a tête-à-tête with mum over an elegant afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore. Presented in three chapters, the Heritage Afternoon Tea showcases some of Singapore’s most-loved dishes, reimagined with a special, modern touch.
To start, delight in the lush Foie Gras Butter Kaya Butter Toast, Kurobuta Pork Chop sandwiched between soft brioche and a Bandung Marble Cake.
