Its commitment is brought to life by the resort's Extraordinary Culinary Talents, including the native French esteemed Chef, Executive Chef of The Apurva Kempinski Bali Yoann Mathy, MOF Cuisine (1996) Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer and Michelin-starred Koral's Executive Chef Jean Baptiste-Natali as they are participating in 'Le Goût De France – Cita Rasa Prancis j'adore!', a programme organised by the Embassy of France, Institute Français Indonésie (IFI), Business France Indonesia, in partnership with Disciples Escoffier Indonesia and Alliance Française Indonésie.

'Le Goût De France – Cita Rasa Prancis j'adore!' is a culinary event aiming to better understand French gastronomy while promoting cultural exchange between France and Indonesia.
