Dreamland and Bingin Beach, to name just two, are beaches that are enjoyed by surfers pursuing the waves, and casual beach-goers attracted to their clear white sand.

A trip to Uluwatu would not be complete without visiting the Uluwatu Temple. Perched atop the edge of an ocean cliff, Uluwatu Temple is a destination sure to grant a magnificent view of the horizon, and is considered one of the most spiritual sites on the island. Adjacent to the area is a forest, home to hundreds of monkeys, which can easily be spotted around the premises. To truly enjoy the temple, plan your visit for late evening and witness the local kecak dance performance at the temple, which is performed at 6:00pm as the sun sets.
