Spa Etiquette

The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees at Apurva Spa and Wellness are our top priority.

The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees at Apurva Spa and Wellness are our top priority. To ensure your health, the hotel has adopted several precautionary measures, meeting strict public area sanitation and hygiene standards, as well as following the advice of the local authority.

Arrival Time
Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late may affect the duration of your treatment. For your health and safety, we encourage you to shower prior to your treatment. Following the advice of our local authority, we will proceed with a body temperature check upon your arrival at Apurva Spa.

Attire
Please wear comfortable attire. Disposable underwear, a bathrobe and a towel will be provided. Please be assured that you will be discreetly covered at all times during treatments.

Cancellations
A minimum four hours’ notice for cancellations or changes of appointment is required to avoid being charged 50% of the listed price. In case of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your hotel bill.

Additional Thoughts
Due to the spa ambience, we offer services only to those 12 years and older. For guest privacy and your ultimate relaxation, please turn off your mobile phone or keep it on silent mode. We encourage digital detoxing and are happy to store your devices for you.

We suggest that all valuables are stored in private storage. Apurva Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

Guests are advised to shave at least three hours prior to facial treatments. Pregnant women are advised to avoid stimulating treatments during the first trimester.

Please avoid sunbathing, eating a heavy meal and consuming alcohol prior to your spa treatment as this may negatively affect your spa experience and pose a risk to your health.
