Executive Chef Fabrizio Zanetti of Kempinski Hotel Taiyuan has Officially Taken Office

Coming from St Moritz, located in Southeast Switzerland, Mr.Zanetti began his life of cooking at 16 years old. Always learning from the most excellent chefs, he often moved to different Michelin star restaurants and has worked in food and beverage for almost 20 years.

Mr.Zanetti once worked for the world’s top chef - Gordon Ramsay. (a Michelin three-star chef),the French leading chef - Joel Robuchon (the youngest Michelin three-star chef) and the Swiss top chef and England’s imperial chef - Anton Mosimann (who was the executive chef of Prince William's wedding). While working at Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains, he was in charge of the Gault Millau-awarded and Michelen-starred restaurant Cà d’Oro. Gault Millau personally awarded him 15 points out of 20. He is especially good at making healthy and delicious Mediterranean food. In addition, he has worked at a number of large-scale food and beverage events, such as the 2012 London Olympics, the Polo World Cup on Snow in St Moritz, etc.

It’s the first time that Mr.Zanetti has been to Taiyuan, and he plans to not only bring authentic Mediterranean food to the local gourmet, but to also bring more creative dishes to the ancient Dragon City.
