Discover the underground beauties of the High Tatras. Belianska jaskyna is the only accessible cave in the Tatras and one of the most visited caves in Slovakia. It attracts visitors with its bizarre rock formations, waterfalls and mini lakes, and even has its own inhabitants. Seven bat species and several temporary occupants, such as butterflies, centipedes, etc., live there. Every year, the cave hosts concerts in the so-called Music Hall, which was named after the sounds of waterdrops falling on the lake surface. It’s both interesting and strange that no one can tell exactly how the cave was created. It is open every day except Mondays from 9:30 to 14:00, which is the time of the last cave tour.
