Across the Middle East, dining is a celebration of togetherness, where meals are meant to be shared, conversations linger long after the final course, and every guest is welcomed with genuine warmth. Inspired by this enduring tradition, Chef Mohamed presents an exclusive menu that honours authentic recipes passed down through generations while showcasing the rich diversity of the region’s culinary heritage.

The journey begins with comforting classics such as Harira Soup, a fragrant blend of lentils, chickpeas and warming spices, before inviting guests to gather around colourful mezze, including silky Hummus, smoky Moutabel, vibrant Muhammara and refreshing Fattoush, each prepared with the freshness and simplicity that define Middle Eastern cuisine.

At ALATi, where the philosophy of Grill | Fire | Smoke celebrates the elemental art of cooking over an open flame, Chef Mohamed’s menu finds a natural home. The aromas of charcoal, gentle smoke and carefully layered spices bring depth to every dish, from crisp golden Falafel, handmade Beef Kibbeh with pine nuts and pomegranate molasses, and freshly baked Cheese Manakeesh to succulent Chicken Kofta, aromatic Chicken Kabsa with saffron rice, premium Grilled Lamb Chops and the generously portioned Mixed Grilled Seafood created for sharing around the table.

To complete the experience, traditional desserts pay tribute to the region’s distinctive ingredients with handcrafted Booza, the beloved Arabic ice cream flavoured with pistachio and mastic, alongside delicate Saffron & Pistachio Muhallabia, offering a refined and memorable finale.
