Structural Integration and Restorative Movement Specialist 8–30 June 2026
8–30 June 2026
Maria Hussain brings a movement-led perspective to contemporary wellness, guided by a deep understanding of how structure, mobility and awareness shape overall wellbeing. Her work is rooted in the belief that lasting balance begins with how the body is organised, supported and free to move with ease.
Integrating Structural Integration, Sharon Wheeler Scar Therapy, bone work and Shaw Method swimming, Maria’s practice treats the body as a whole, recognising how each part influences the others. Each session works to release long-held restrictions, rebalance alignment and restore natural mobility, supporting the body’s capacity to function with greater freedom and efficiency. The work is particularly effective in addressing chronic conditions and postural imbalances, encouraging lasting improvement rather than temporary relief.
As an active member of the Fascia Hub, an international network dedicated to the study of fascia and connective tissue, Maria remains closely engaged with evolving scientific research and collaborates with experts across disciplines. This ensures each approach is informed by contemporary understanding of how fascia influences posture, movement patterns and physical resilience.
Grounded in the understanding that the body and mind are intrinsically connected, Maria’s work uses physical realignment as a pathway to greater mental clarity and emotional balance. Through informed touch, movement awareness and structural refinement, each session supports a deeper sense of embodiment and renewed wellbeing.
