For something a little bit local. The four traditional flavors are curry, spicy, spiced salt and scalded flavor combos. Elements will launch other new flavors to fill your early summer baskets with in 2018. Try Miso, teriyaki, red fermented bean curd and Tom Yum Goong and see why Chinese people are so into their crayfish during this season.  All the better if enjoyed outdoors in Lujiazui's one and only five star terrace.
