We welcome our new Italian Chef de Cuisine Ivan Negro to Acqua Restaurant. Born and raised in the north western part of Italy, he is influenced by his grandfather, who was a well-known Italian Chef. At the young age of 14, he started his culinary training. After completing his studies at the prestigious Italian culinary academy Istituto Alberghiero in Chatillon, Aosta, he traveled around the world. Having shared his passion for good food in Milan, London, Maldives, Hanoi and Singapore, we are proud that he has landed in Shanghai. Ivan is focusing on fresh and organic ingredients, promoting authentic Italian cuisine and combining traditional cooking techniques with innovative culinary trends.
