Chef Bruno comes from Switzerland and has an extensive professional background. Prior to this appointment Mr. Bruesch was Executive Chef of the opening of Marco Polo Hotel Changzhou and Head Chef at Waldorf-Astoria Hotel on the Bund, Shanghai, executive floor as well and the Michelin experience in Switzerland, including various assignments in Europe, Hong Kong and United States of America.

As the Executive Chef of Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai, Bruno will be leading the culinary team and overseeing the operation of the hotel’s six dining outlets and lounges as well as handling special events and ensuring the delivery of top quality standards.
