Villamore brings Mediterranean-inspired beachside culinary chic to Palm Jumeirah

Dubai, UAE, 6 April 2022 – Dubai has a new beachside culinary destination following the opening of Villamore – the luxurious, Mediterranean-inspired gourmet dining restaurant nestled in the grounds of the iconic Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah.

Set on the picturesque sands of one of Dubai’s most famous communities and tourism attractions, Villamore combines a relaxed yet chic shore-side experience with spectacular views of the city’s majestic skyline.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, the 225-seat Villamore comprises indoor and outdoor dining options for all manner of occasions - from intimate rendezvous to family meals - as well as a breezy terrace, rooftop, patio and bar area.

With a delectable Mediterranean-inspired menu curated and prepared by Chef Silvio Carro and team, Villamore upscale dining experience is complemented by timeless south-European décor with ample sunlight, expertly crafted cocktails, and efficient, friendly service.

As the sun sinks over the Arabian Gulf, Villamore tapas-based lunch offering evolves into an elevated evening affair. The innovative dinner menu exudes fresh takes on classic fares all the while the array of tapas options for lunch, best accompanied with Villamore signature sangria selection, both bristle with culinary creativity. Highlights includes Pappardelle Ripiena - a dish inspired by Chef Silvio’s childhood memories of his grandmother’s exceptionally mastered fresh pasta; Ajo Blanco - a must-try cold soup enhanced with a mix of Mediterranean flavours set to ignite the senses of all food connoisseurs; and Black Angus Beef with Foie Gras and Crispy Onion - a mouth-watering nod to Chef Carro’s culinary mentors back in Barcelona.
