The experience is so exciting and memorable that you absolutely cannot miss it while staying in Istria. You will meet with a local professional truffle hunter and his dog, which will help us find real truffles, and go on the journey of truffle hunting! The history of the hunting will be presented and a small degustation will follow afterwards.

Fonda Fish Farm

Wine Harvest
Participate in the harvest of the wine! A seasonal experience that can only be discovered in the autumn months is certain to be one of the greatest team-building activities in the area. Slovenia as a country is known as a boutique and bespoke wine region that produces a lot of the remarkable wine varieties exported all over the world. While the entire country is full of wineyards, with each region proudly presenting their own wine varieties, the most famous region of Goriška Brda lies only a 40-minute drive from the hotel. You and your attendees will have an opportunity to take an active part in the harvest and assist with the ripening of the grapes in the vineyard, with each individual getting their assignment to fulfil.
