Considerations for a getting the most from your visit

Our spa is proud to offer an environment of pure relaxation and tranquillity in the heart of Cairo, and we ask all guests to please respect the privacy of others during their visit. To this end, we kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones and cameras during your visit. 

We recommend you leave any valuables in your guest room safe, as the spa cannot assume liability for any personal items. 

Spa Experience 

To make the most of your spa experience, we recommend all guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. On arrival, you will be able to sit back and relax in comfort, and the spa will provide all necessary amenities, such as towels, slippers, shower caps, for use during your visit. 

During all treatments your privacy will always be ensured. 

Relaxation Lounge 

Your treatment will benefit mind, body and soul and we invite all guests to rest and rebalance in this oasis of peace and tranquillity. Lie down or sit back and relax – you are welcome to stay for as long as you like. 

Health Concerns 

Please advise our spa specialists of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatments or use of the spa facilities. Where possible, we will do our very best to accommodate and adapt our treatments to your individual needs. 

Minimum Age 

The minimum age for spa treatments, use of the pool and of the fitness area is 16 years. 

We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance, particularly if you wish to enjoy multiple visits during your stay or for groups who wish to visit the spa together. 

The Spa can provide walk-in bookings, subject to availability

Gift Certificates 

Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion. Please enquire using the contact details below or at the spa reception for details and to purchase. 

Lateness and Cancellation Policy 

Please be aware that arriving for an appointment late may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. In the case of cancellation, we kindly ask our guests to provide a minimum of 12 hours notice in order to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than six hours notice will be charged at the full price of your treatment.
