You will find modern variations of Bavarian classics on our menu. Modern variations of beef tartar, wedding soup, and of course, Schwarzreiter will surprise your taste buds.

Our tradition inspired us to the name “Schwarzreiter”. The schwarzreiter is a fish that can be found in the sea. It was one of King Ludwig II’s favourite dishes. King Ludwig II is the son of King Maximilian who built Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich.

Whether you choose a wild herb salad, tartar of Bavarian oxn, Schwarzreiter or a piece of grilled meat, at Schwarzreiter Tagesbar people meet for casual business lunches as well as to linger and socialise with friends or just a cappuccino or a glass of champagne after a day of shopping.

Schwarzreiter Restaurant awarded with 1 michelin star offers the finest Bavarian cuisine that is seasonal, fresh and modern. It is far from traditional Bavarian dishes like sauerkraut and sausages, but still inspired by traditional dishes.
