Kempinski Hotel Bahia Estepona wins “Inspiring Young Talent Award 2016”
On Friday 9th of December, the Kempinski Hotel Bahia Estepona was presented with the “Inspiring Young Talent Award 2016” from Les Roches Marbella in recognition of their commitment to training and professional development through work placements, inspiring training programmes, real life work experience and accessible routes into the hospitality industry.
The Director of Les Roches Marbella invited the Kempinski Hotel Bahia Estepona’s team to attend the graduation ceremony of the Bachelor in Business Administration (Hospitality) and the Masters in Hotel Management. During the ceremony, they presented the “Inspiring Young Talent Award 2016” to Pedro Hidalgo, HR Director for the Kempinski Hotel Bahia and invited him to say a few words to the assembled students, teachers, parents and dignitaries.
