Vera Versilia, the sophisticated seafood hotspot, helmed by Executive Chef Marco Garfagnini and inspired by the timeless coastal charm of Tuscany’s Versilian Riviera, is introducing the Pranzo di Lavoro, known as the Italian business lunch. Ideal for those looking for a sophisticated lunch rendezvous, either for midday business meetings or leisurely catchups, with its three-course offering.
Available every Monday to Thursday, from 12PM to 3PM, guests can indulge in a tailored lunch menu of reimagined seafood classics deeply rooted in Tuscan tradition while embracing contemporary finesse.
Begin the experience with a selection of crudos, salads and starters including the Branzino, thinly sliced seabass served with tomatoes and a vinegar dressing, the Burrata E Pomodorini, a creamy burrata served with sweet cherry tomatoes and the Carpaccio di Manzo, Fassona beef carpaccio with rocket leaves, Parmigiano cheese and a black truffle dressing.
For the main event, guests can indulge in pastas, made fresh from the Pasta Lab, pizzas and hearty meat and fish dishes. On the menu, expect the likes of Fusilli Calamari in Guazzeto, fresh fusilli with baby squid, capers, olives and tomatoes, the Maccheroncini, Ragu Di Manzo, Crema Di Parmigiano, fresh maccheroncini pasta with rich beef ragù and Parmigiano cream and the Polpo Grigliato, grilled octopus served with black olive tapenade and potatoes, amongst others.
Dessert is sure to end the meal on the sweetest of notes with a selection of traditional treats. Sink a spoon into the classic Tiramisù, Crème Caramel or Sorbetto Al Limone to complete the tour of the vibrant Italian Riviera.
