This special evening offers attendees the opportunity to savor a meticulously crafted menu paired with the finest wines from Familia Torres, a winery with a storied legacy dating back to 1559.

Familia Torres has been a pioneer in the world of winemaking for over 150 years. Founded in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, the winery has evolved through generations, blending innovation with a deep respect for tradition. Today, under the stewardship of the fifth generation, Torres continues to push boundaries, focusing on sustainability and the recovery of ancestral grape varieties. Our host for the evening, Salim Frederic Isler, DipWSET (WSET Level 4), is a dynamic figure in the world of wine, blending his unique French-Indian heritage with a profound passion for Spanish winemaking. Salim embarked on his wine journey in April 2009 with the esteemed Familia Torres, where he began his career in Barcelona, Catalonia. Over nearly a decade, he honed his skills and deepened his knowledge of the wine industry. Salim's career took an exciting turn when he took the role of a new business consultant for the Middle East, Africa, and APAC regions, allowing him to expand his network and gain invaluable insights into the international wine market. Now based in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE, he continues to champion Spain's most iconic appellations and heritage, passionately representing the exceptional wines of Familia Torres.

As guests arrive at 20:00, attendees will embark on a culinary journey featuring a delightful tasting menu that showcases the best of Spanish cuisine, with each dish thoughtfully paired with Torres wines. From marinated anchovies to confit lamb, every bite is designed to enhance the unique characteristics of these exceptional wines.

The menu will include marinated anchovies paired with a crisp white wine. Guests will also enjoy tender confit lamb, complemented by a robust red wine bringing out the richness of the meat. Traditional Spanish tapas, such as patatas bravas and chorizo al vino, will be served, each paired with wines that accentuate their bold flavors. A signature seasonal paella will embody the essence of Spanish cuisine, paired with a refreshing rosé. To conclude the meal, a delightful dessert will be offered, perfectly matched with a dessert wine. Every bite is designed to create a harmonious experience, allowing guests to fully appreciate the artistry of both the cuisine and the wines.
