Spa Etiquette

Everything you need to know about spa etiquette for the ultimate tranquillity you deserve.

The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking or using mobile phones and cameras. It is recommended that you leave all valuables in the safe in your guest room. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables.

  • Health Concerns: Please inform us immediately of any health conditions, allergies or injuries.

  • Spa Experience: For your convenience, the spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps, and all other amenities required during your visit. During all treatments, you will be properly draped for privacy.

  • Reservations: Booking in advance is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available. Walk-in bookings are provided when availability permits. Please plan to arrive an hour before your scheduled visit to experience our Wellness area, maximising the benefit of your treatment.

  • Pregnancy: Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable services for this special time. We recommend that you consult your doctor first.

  • Minimum Age: The minimum age for spa access is 16.

  • Lateness & Cancellation Policy: Please note that late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of six hours’ notice for cancellations. With less than six hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price.
