Taste a delicious selection of cheeses produced by local farmers at the iconic Gerschnialp. Sälmi Töngi, who is running the alpine cheese dairy, is one of most renown cheesemakers in Engelberg and Switzerland. He has already appeared in several TV shows and newspapers.

Now, Mr. Töngi is presenting his delightful handmade cheeses at Kempinski Palace Engelberg every Wednesday from 17:00 until 21:00. He is being accompanied by our wonderful host, Rada, who makes sure that you will enjoy a fine selection of wines perfectly matching Mr. Töngi’s delicacies.

Sälmi's plate with a glass of white or red wine: CHF 39
