Three Escoffier guest chefs from Italy and local Escoffier chef Giuseppe Amplo, together with the Engelberg ski racer and Olympic champion Michelle Gisin, and our kitchen brigade under the direction of Executive Chef Dennis Siesser conjure up an exclusive 6-course menu.
