Three Countries – One Special Evening

 

We invite you to an unforgettable culinary journey, where Japan, Switzerland, and France will merge in one exclusive evening of indulgence.

Executive Chef Stefanos Ioannidis will present the precision, aesthetics, and fine aromas of Japanese cuisine – an experience that delights the palate as much as the senses.

We are especially proud of our collaboration with Thomas Studach, the "silent rock star of the Grisons Lordship." His Malans winery focuses on just three cult-wines aged in barriques: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Completer. As a perfectionist, Studach is uncompromisingly dedicated to depth and complexity, with the firm conviction that true quality originates in the vineyard. His Pinot Noirs, vinified in the Burgundian tradition, are coveted rarities. In his 300-year-old cellar, he relies on experience and precision over modern technology, finding his balance as a singer in a rock band.

We are also delighted to feature the wines of the legendary Maison Trimbach, whose family history stretches back to 1626. Now run by the 13th generation in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, their vines thrive in one of France's driest regions. The soils at the foot of the Vosges mountains are characterized by exceptional geological diversity—a terroir expressed like almost no other by their Riesling.

Together, the evening will unfold in harmony: the clarity and elegance of Japan will meet the terroir-driven complexity of Studach's wines and the minerality, nobility, and aromatic diversity of Trimbach's wines.

It will be a delicate balancing act between tradition and modernity — full of pleasure, structure, and nuanced refinement.

The delightful evening will commence at 7pm with a festive aperitif, followed by the Wine & Dine experience.
