The Cattani Collection focuses on local and regional craftsmanship boasting Swiss quality produce. We invite our suppliers, be that a winemaker, a butcher, a hunter, a cheese maker or a farmer to take part in the promotion of their products on our menu and in our restaurant.

The first summer special of the Cattani Collection is dedicated to the theme of asparagus and ham, which is combined with wines from the Aureto winery in the south of France.
Swiss and Provence enthusiast Andreas Rihs took over the estate in 2006, creating a unique place. His various rosé, white and red wines are among the best Provence has to offer. The local asparagus was grown by the Juckerfarm in Rafz, and the accompanying ham comes from the Holzen Fleisch butchery in Ennetbürgen on the southern slope of the Bürgenstock.
