Prabu Kalyanasundaram has been part of the culinary team at the Kempinski Palace Engelberg as Executive Sous Chef since July 2023. With his numerous positions in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants and international hotels, such as the Michelin-starred Rasoi by Vineet at the Mandarin Oriental in Geneva and the Indigo by Vineet at Grosvenor House Dubai, the Indian-born chef can look back on almost 20 years of experience in the catering industry. The first pop-up restaurant ‘1904 -Singapore Gardens’ was also launched under his direction. Together with guest chef Douglas Tay, Executive Chef at The Capitol Kempinski Singapore, he delighted guests with Asian à la carte specialities last December and January.
