We are also able to arrange a tailor-made event, if you would prefer something different for your next conference.

 

Full-day "Palace" Package

• Plenum according to the size of your group
• Standard technology (beamer, screen and flip chart)
• Public W-LAN
• Writing pad, pencil and a small surprise
• Coffee break in the morning and in the afternoon
• Unlimited mineral water in the plenary session
• 2-course business lunch or buffet (20 persons or more) including coffee and mineral water or soft drinks
• Service and value-added tax

Half-day "Easy" Package

• Plenum according to the size of your group
• Standard technology (beamer, screen and flip chart)
• Public W-LAN
• Writing pad, pencil and a small surprise
• 1 coffee break
• 1 mineral water per person in the plenary session
• 2-course business lunch with seasonal delicacies from our chef, including coffee and mineral water or soft drinks
• Service and value-added tax

• Welcome coffee with croissants, Bircher Muesli and fruit CHF 25 per person
