Spa Etiquette

To ensure everyone has a relaxing experience at Kempinski The Spa, we ask that all our guests respect the quiet atmosphere, as well as the privacy of their fellow guests. 

We kindly ask you to refrain from using mobile phones, cameras and other technical equipment throughout the spa. Please keep your jewellery and other valuables in the room safe. The spa assumes no liability for valuables. 

 

Health Concerns 

Please inform the spa team about any health problems or complaints, such as allergies, accidents or injuries, that may affect you during treatments or use of the spa. 

 

Spa Experience 

In order to enjoy your time in the spa and your treatment, we ask you to arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your agreed treatment time. During your visit, we will provide towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower caps and toiletries. For all treatments, please stay covered to protect your privacy. 

 

Relaxation Rooms 

As your treatment is designed to benefit both body and mind, we invite you to rest and recuperate in our relaxation rooms after it has ended. Stay in our relaxation rooms for as long or as short a time as you like. 

 

Pregnancy

We are happy to advise you on which treatments are recommended for you during pregnancy, but request you to consult your doctor in advance. 

 

Reservations 

In order to be able to offer you your preferred date, we kindly ask you to make a reservation in good time, especially if you would like to make several appointments during your stay. We are happy to offer you an appointment at short notice, depending on availability.

 

Minimum Age 

Please note that the minimum age to use the facilities (sauna, gym and spa) and for treatments is 14 years old. Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult and may use the pool from 8:00 to 18:00. 

 

Gift Vouchers 

Our spa vouchers are the perfect gift for your loved ones. For more information and to purchase a voucher, speak to our staff at the spa reception. 

 

Lateness & Cancellation Policy 

Please let us know about any changes to the dates or cancellations at least 12 hours before the agreed treatment time. For no-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours before, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the cost of the treatment. Appointments made prior to arrival at the hotel are subject to the same cancellation policy as your hotel booking.
