Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan Appoints Mr. McCree Zheng as Director of Food & Beverage

Yinchuan, 26 August 2025 - It gives us great pleasure to announce the arrival of McCree Zheng as Director of Food & Beverage. McCree's extensive experience in food and beverage operations will add significant value to the entire restaurant and banquet operations including revenue growth moving forward. McCree has over 12 years experience in large scale catering and banquet services and will be a great addition to our current successful wedding operations. More importantly, McCree will head up the operations of the Chinese Restaurant with the goal of reaching a Black Pearl Award considered a Michelin-equivalent. 

 His extensive experience include working with Wanda Hotels, Intercontinental Hotel & Residences, Primus Hotels and Sheraton Hotel. McCree has a major in hospitality management from the Shen Yang Polytechnic College.
