Yinchuan, April 26 2024 - Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan has appointed Brook Wang, Director of Rooms overseeing the operation of the 409 rooms and suites of the Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan. His goal is to work together closely with the front office and Housekeeping departments to go back to the basics, enhance the entire hotel experience, focusing on room quality, guest services, and to bring the hotel guests satisfaction to the next level while making the property the preferred destination loved by local residents as well as travelers.

General Manager Patrick Ritter said, “We have full confidence in Brook Wang's rich professional knowledge, practical experience and excellent leadership.” His rich work experience and professionalism over the years have enabled him to pay more attention to the details of guest room management operations. He will successfully lead the front office and housekeeping departments to achieve extraordinary results in renovating service experience, upgrade the hotel's executive lounge to a new European luxury standard, and gradually expand the hotel's market share.

Brook Wang from Yinchuan graduated from Heilongjiang University with a bachelor's degree in tourism management and is proficient in Chinese and English. He started his career at Wanda Realm Yinchuan Hotel in 2013 as guest service manager. Since then, He has served as general manager at two hotels, Nanning Branch of Wanda Hotel Management Group and Yinchuan Xinhua Mercure Hotel.
