James Yang, Deputy Manager of the Front Office Department at Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan, officially became the hotel’s Chief Concierge following the China Golden Key award ceremony on 4 December 2025.

 

Mr Yang began his hotel career at Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan as a duty manager. Through close interaction with guests, he discovered a strong passion for assisting with travel inquiries and daily needs, which led him to pursue a career in concierge services. His enthusiastic, attentive and efficient approach has earned consistent recognition from guests. On 4 December 2025, he was formally awarded the ‘Golden Key’ and completed the China Golden Key pinning ceremony.

 

To continuously enhance its international service standards, Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan upholds the core service philosophy of ‘people-oriented, guest first’, which closely aligns with the Golden Key spirit of ‘benefiting others before oneself’.
