Renowned for his strategic global perspective and exceptional management acumen, Mr Tan brings a wealth of experience in international brand operations and local market execution. He will focus on optimising the service value chain, enhancing resource allocation efficiency and driving synergistic growth across the hotel’s dual core operational departments.
