Jinan, (November 2023) — Kempinski Hotel Jinan proudly announces its collaboration with six sister hotels to introduce the ‘Seven Cities Linked, Guests Enjoy Food Together Journey.’ This culinary adventure invites diners to explore the culinary treasures from Nanjing, Jinan, Hangzhou, Guiyang, Xiamen, Chengdu and Beijing. Bringing together diverse cuisines and traditions such as Huai Yang, Shandong, Cantonese, Hangzhou, Sichuan and Guizhou cuisines, seven acclaimed chefs from seven prestigious hotels will work together to create a new culinary concept deeply rooted in regional culture. Infusing artistry into every dish and embracing the versatility of ingredients, they will craft an unforgettable feast for guests by curating a selection of handcrafted menus to savor the flavors of the seven cities. This exclusive tasting menu will be offered at seven Chinese hotel restaurants for a limited time, running from 18 November to 18 December, welcoming food lovers to come together and indulge in these culinary delicacies.

At The Spring Chinese Restaurant, Master Chefs Zhou and Wu uphold the tradition of preserving classics while crafting delicious dishes, presenting this iconic Confucian dish to all diners. Carefully selected Blue Label Beef Short Ribs are meticulously seasoned and marinated for 90 minutes. The sauce is slowly simmered, combining water and fire to enhance and moisten the meat. Upon cutting, the juices overflow, and the aroma lingers. Garnished with complementary dishes and topped with sauce, the dish delights in color, aroma and flavor.
