The turkey, weighing five to six kilograms, is roasted until golden brown and brimming with aroma. It comes with a wide variety of side dishes, including roasted pumpkin, stir-fried chestnuts in sugar syrup, sautéed Brussels sprouts with bacon, roasted carrots with honey and cinnamon, mashed potatoes and pan-fried vegetables with garlic. It is suitable for eight to ten people.
