Fuzhou, 25 June 2024Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou appointed Kevin Sun as the new Director of Food and Beverage.

Kevin Sun began his hotel career in his hometown of Ningbo at the Shangri-La Hotel’s Chinese restaurant. With his passion for and dedication to F&B operations, his professional journey has taken him to various prestigious brands, including Langham Place, Wanda and Wyndham, in cities such as Jiangyin, Bozhou, Yangzhou, and Ningbo. Over the years, Kevin has grown step by step, culminating in his role as Director of F&B for the past ten years. Notably, during his tenure in Ningbo, he played a pivotal role in helping Ming Court, an innovative Cantonese Chinese restaurant, earn the Black Pearl honour for several consecutive years. ‘We are delighted to welcome Kevin Sun, a veteran hotelier, and believe that his addition will help further enhance the product and service of the five restaurants at Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou and present a brand new look.” said Eric, General Manager of the hotel.
