Savour the taste of the delicious dishes prepared by legendary chefs in the unique environment of our historic Restaurant Sophia. This year we celebrate the fifth consecutive year of Guest Chef events.

Executive chef Heimann, who has been a recipient of the prestigious Michelin star for 12 consecutive years, leads the renowned French restaurant Le Ciel in the prestigious German hotel Kempinski Berchtesgaden.

Le Ciel (translated as “the sky”) conveys the desire to lead its guests to the highest culinary pleasures. The Michelin-star Heimann focuses on the finest French delicacies in his very own interpretation. Ulrich loves to experiment with the various tastes and ingredients of local and seasonal origin, which he presents in a cosmopolitan way. For the presentation and preparation of his dishes, he draws his inspiration from his favourite hobbies: hiking and international trips. His affection and respect for nature is reflected in his precise choice of final ingredients and his delicate manner of preparing the specialities.

Price of the five-course menu is EUR 85, beverages excluded.
