Fish Farm Fonda is a local fish farm, which produces healthy food in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way. It is produced not far from our five-star hotel and is especially famous for the hotel’s favourite, the Fonda Piran Seabass fish.

In collaboration with the fish farm, our Chef Daniel Pause has prepared you a truly authentic Istrian dish, the Fonda fish farm seabass carpaccio with lemon vinaigrette and marinated cherry tomatoes, whose spectacular taste is beyond words.
