The hotel offers on-site garage parking along with the possibility of open-air parking for guests and visitors.

The official currency of Croatia is the Kuna, which is divided into 100 Lipas. An international currency exchange service is available at the front desk in the hotel lobby (the working hours are from 7:00am to 11:00pm) or in every bank in the town of Umag. There are also several designated exchange offices in Umag and its surrounding areas. Additionally, you will find an ATM machine on the hotel premises.

Our rooms are 41 sq m (441.3 sq ft) with a balcony. By fire regulations, we can accommodate a maximum of three persons per room, allowing that the third person is an adult or a child accommodated on an extra bed. Extra bed can be replaced with a baby cot upon request.
Our suites are 85 sq m (914.9 sq ft) with a terrace or 87 sq m (936.5 sq ft) with a balcony. Maximum occupancy for both suites are two adults and two children or three adults, providing that the children or third person can be accommodated on a sleeper sofa.
Maximum occupancy in prestigious Presidential Suites cannot exceed more than two persons. Additional requirements for baby cot must be communicated in advance and must be confirmed by reservations department.

Your room will be cleaned daily from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Should you not wish to be disturbed during this period, we can customise the cleaning time to your preferences. We are a golf and spa resort that welcomes families with children. Our Kempinski Kids Club is open during the Easter period and from May until mid-September, offering attractive programmes for children between 4-12 years of age. This service is complimentary. Children older than 16 are welcome in our Energy Clinic Carolea Spa sauna and fitness area, but parents must accompany children under 18 during treatments.

Hotel dress code policy is designed to ensure maximum comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. We kindly encourage all guests to apply a smart-casual dress code in restaurants, bars and all public areas and not to wear pyjamas, bedroom slippers or bathrobes. Bathing clothes are allowed in the pool and beach area only. The sauna zone in Energy Clinic Carolea Spa is not separated for males and females; therefore, all guests are kindly requested to be covered in a towel in all public areas of the spa and to use a towel in saunas and steam baths. Guests are also kindly reminded not to enter saunas and steam rooms with glass or paper of any kind, and slippers are not allowed.

The hotel offers the following freshwater pools: one heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools for adults and one outdoor pool for kids that are heated from May until early October. In addition to this, we offer two heated outdoor whirlpools, which are open for guest use during the entire period of hotel opening, from March until November.

Our private beach is 370 m (1,213.9 ft) away from the hotel. For your convenience, we offer a complimentary shuttle service upon request. Please contact our front desk clerk and allow ten minutes time to organise the service. 

Reserving a sun lounger is not possible, but our attendant will be there to assist you with finding an appropriate space.
