In the Business Development Conference, organized by the Kempinski group, the Public Relations team of Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul won the "Best Social Media Fan Base Growth" award in the Kempinski hotels of Europe category; while the Reservation and Revenue team won the "Mystery Shops Best Quality Performance" and "Best Upsell Reservations Team" awards in the Kempinski Hotels worldwide. Moreover, Çırağan Palace Kempinski was named the "Best Kempinski Hotel 2015 Discovery Enrolments in entire 2015 and in the first half of 2016", thanks to the achievement of its Front Office team in regards to the "Discovery Programme", a Guest Loyalty Programme that offers various privileges in more than 500 hotels including Çırağan Palace Kempinski, 34 brands and 76 countries.
