Ramadan pitas, traditional side dishes, soups like creamy almond 'mehir' soup are only few of the starters served to the guests. As warm starters, grape leaves stuffed with beef and cherry, mantı with fresh mint, aubergine puree, roasted spring lamb with almond, mini pastries with pastrami will be presented. And with legendary main dishes like grilled Aegean sea bass, 'oruk' kebab with beef, grilled chicken on skewers, and Ottoman sherbets accompanying these dishes, a true feast will be ensured. The dessert corner with delicious flavors like baklava varieties, Ottoman delights, fruits and nuts, figs stuffed with walnut, halva varieties, baked rice pudding with gum mastic, 'keşkül', 'kazandibi' and 'revani' served on open buffet, it will be the most tasty and irresistible stop of the night.
