Harun Gumus, Pastry Chef of Çırağan Palace Kempinski, who is dealing with the sweetest things in the palace…

He started his career in Istanbul’s pastry and chocolate heaven Gazebo Lounge’s kitchen in 1996. After working in various departments related to food and beverage, he transferred to the pastry team and gained extensive experience while working with world-renowned pastry chefs.

He is now responsible, along with his 22-person pastry team, for sweetening the palates of our guests with delicious, fresh and handmade desserts.
