In a Kempinski Residences property, Kempinski handles several aspects of the management for the residential unit owners.
First and foremost all the services common for all the unit owners in the Residences are provided by Kempinski. These services are provided through an approved Owners Association budget which is prepared and handled by Kempinski, including the charge and collection of the monthly assessments to the unit owners. Kempinski also manages the administrative and accounting functions for the Owners Association, as well as the Human Resources.
In addition to the above, depending on the set-up of the property and agreements with the developer, Kempinski can manage several commercial facilities within the complex, including F&B and wellness outlets, beach facilities, etc.
Furthermore, Kempinski manages the provision of all the a-la-carte services either directly through the structure it establishes in the complex or through 3rd party co-operations.
Lastly, if there is a Rental Program to be carried out within the property for the unit owners, Kempinski will also be in charge of this function on an exclusive basis.

Services to residence owners vary from project to project; a distinction is made between standard services included in the management fee, and an optional menu of services which are tailored according to each destination and project.
Regardless of the service package selected, Kempinski Residences strives to accommodate a wide range of demands requested by its discerning clientele. Although services and facilities differ slightly from property to property, dedication and utmost attention to detail will definitely turn the residential experience into a memorable one.

Kempinski Management offers apartment owners the opportunity to participate in a special rental programme with excellent benefits.
Through this program, apartments are promoted for short, medium and long-term stays, with all hotel-like services included or packaged. After operational costs and management fees are deducted, the program can create considerable income for residence owners. To be able to participate in the program, unit owners are required to buy interior decoration, furniture and equipment approved by Kempinski and offered by the developer.
The program provides excellent benefits to stakeholders; return on investment to residence owners; and affordable luxury to long-term or short-term lease guests.
