In August 1926, the era of the Walterspiel brothers began at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten on
Maximilianstraße. In August 2026, we invite you to discover a selection of dishes inspired by
historic menus from our archives and reinterpreted in homage to legendary master chef
Alfred Walterspiel.
