Bart Eissens joins the team at the grand hotel, bringing outstanding expertise and international experience
Munich, 07 July 2026 – Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is entering the second half
of the year with a significant addition to its Food & Beverage department. Bart Eissens has
taken up the position of Director of Food & Beverage and will therefore be responsible for all
culinary aspects of this renowned establishment. In his new role, he reports directly to the Hotel
Manager and will play a significant part in shaping the hotel’s gastronomic future.


Bart Eissens looks back on an impressive career that underscores his deep passion for the international F&B sector. His professional journey has included demanding leadership roles at establishments renowned worldwide. Among other roles, he demonstrated his expertise as Director of Food & Beverage at the Park Hyatt London River Thames, where he played a key role in the  success of the dining experience. This diverse global experience and his keen sense of trends make him the ideal fit to further expand and bring a contemporary touch to the traditionally high  standards and culinary excellence of Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich.

moving to Munich, Bart Eissens built a successful track record with luxury hotel chains such as
The Doyle Collection and Four Seasons across various international cities, where he developed
a deep understanding of high-end hospitality concepts. With Bart Eissens and his in-depth
expertise, the long-established Munich hotel is ideally positioned to continue its culinary
success story.

Bart Eissens’ Background:
In 2013, Bart Eissens graduated from the renowned hotel school The Hague with a bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management. He then began his career as
Assistant Operational Manager in the Conference and Events department at the Westbury
Hotel in Dublin (The Doyle Collection). His career path led him via Manchester and London
to Amsterdam, where he started working as Director of Banqueting in 2016. At the end 2017,
Eissens moved to the Hilton London Gatwick Airport as Food and Beverage Manager. This
was followed by roles at several hotels in the Four Seasons chain, before he eventually
contributed to the success of the gastronomic operations at the Hotel Café Royal in London as Director of Food and Beverage. Most recently, he led the Food and Beverage department at
the Park Hyatt London River Thames. Bart Eissens speaks fluent English, Dutch, and German
and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and French.
