The Premium Day Spa offer is valid only once the appointment has been confirmed. Massage appointments must be booked in advance and cannot be redeemed without a prior reservation. Services must be redeemed together and cannot be used individually on different days.

 

FAQ

Do I need to be a hotel guest to use the spa?
No, you do not. With a confirmed Day Spa reservation, you are welcome to access the spa during your booked time slot.

What is included in the Day Spa entry?
Your booking includes complimentary use of a bathrobe, towels, and slippers, as well as access to water, tea, nuts, and fresh fruit.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or amendments made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

What facilities are available in the spa?
Facilities include a spacious swimming pool, a dry Finnish sauna, and a steam room, as well as a sun-terasse with a spectacular view over Munich.

Are there specific swimming times for children?
Children under the age of 16 are welcome to use the pool between 09:00 and 16:00, provided they are supervised by an adult at all times. Access to the sauna area is strictly prohibited for guests under 16.

What is the sauna etiquette?
The sauna area is a gender-mixed, clothing-free (textile-free) zone. For hygiene reasons, swimwear is not permitted in the saunas, and guests are kindly asked to sit or lie on a full-length towel.

Do I need to book treatments or Day Spa access in advance?
Prior reservation is essential as daily capacities are limited to ensure a tranquil environment for all guests.

What should I bring with me?
Please bring suitable swimwear for the pool area. All other amenities, including bathrobes, towels, and slippers, will be provided upon arrival.

How early should I arrive before my booking or treatment?
We recommend arriving at the spa reception approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time or treatment.

Are changing rooms and lockers available?
Complimentary lockers, changing rooms, and showers equipped with toiletries are available on site.

Can I order food and drinks at the spa?
A selection of light meals, snacks, and refreshing drinks can be ordered directly from our spa menu.

Can I purchase gift vouchers for the Day Spa or treatments, and how do I redeem them?
Gift vouchers for Day Spa access, specific treatments, or monetary values can be purchased online via our  Online voucher shop  or directly at the spa reception.
