Keep fit at the hotel
‘Take good care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live’. – Jim Rohn (American motivational trainer)
No one knows exactly when fitness training became part of people’s everyday lives. In ancient Egypt, acrobatics was used for entertainment and was considered a sport. The people who practised this early form of movement already knew that targeted training was essential. This led to the development of structured training programmes that also included exercises using the body’s own weight. Exercise plays an important role in maintaining and restoring health and well-being. During your stay in our Taschenbergpalais, you should not miss out on your daily sports programme.
For your individual and personal training programme, the Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden has its own exclusive fitness suite with state-of-the-art equipment in a pleasant atmosphere. Our fitness suite includes a treadmill and a rowing machine. Here you can train your stamina and endurance to your heart’s content. Using the rowing bench not only strengthens the leg muscles but also the core and back muscles. In the Taschenbergpalais you can complete your own training programme as usual. You can use different weights for strength training or our gym mats for gentle stretching. A wall bar invites you to train your abdominal muscles. There are no limits to your ideas and wishes for your daily fitness training in our Taschenbergpalais.
Please feel free to use our fitness suite.
We provide water free of charge for refreshment and a short break.
