Our Coconut-Aged Negroni is a striking twist on the original, aged inside a fresh coconut for a minimum of three days. This slow infusion process softens the sharp edges and imparts a smooth, nutty undertone that complements the cocktail’s signature bitter-sweet profile.

Crafted with:

  • 30ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 30ml Poli Gran Bassano Rosso Vermouth
  • 30ml Campari
  • 20ml Fresh Coconut Water (for perfect dilution)

The cocktail is poured straight from the coconut, served over ice and finished with a vibrant orange twist. It's tropical, refined and utterly unique—just like the experience we aim to create at Il-Baldakkin.
